These components include adapters to connect external oil system components like filters, coolers and external pumps to the engine, to mount various filters, and tie all the pieces into a functioning system. Most components are billet while certain components of historic significance are cast. Some are universal while others are engine specific. 104-40105 FORD REMOTE FILTER ADAPTERS

This adapter has a 2-3/4" OD gasket and is supplied with ï¿½10 or -12 male fittings. Center fitting tightens adapter to block, and allows 360 degree rotation of adapter to suit most installation requirements. Manufactured of billet aluminum fitting kits include a plug to facilitate use in dry sump applications. Design eliminates the need to plug original internal oil pump supply passage to filter boss area. Virtually all filter threads are available where the small OD filter gasket is used.

This adapter has a 3/4-16 thread, 2-3/4" OD gasket and –12 male adapter fittings. O-ring seals to block, and swivels 360 degrees for hose alignment. Works for wet sump remote filter and cooler adapter and dry sump block feed.

Contemporary billet block adapter that allows the connection to a remote filter or cooler, as well as a feed point for a dry sump system. Also includes a tap point for oil pressure sensing or feed for valve spring oilers, etc. Oil fitting port threads are 1/2" Female NPT. Oil Pressure Tap port thread is 1/4" Female NPT.

010-50040 REMOTE HP4 FILTER MOUNT

Lets you mount a standard HP4 oil filter (standard Chevrolet 3-5/8” diameter with 13/16-16 thread) in any desired location while also providing gauge ports to monitor oil temp and pressure. A -04 male steel hose adapter and 2, 1/8th" aluminum pipe plugs are included with these filter mounts to either use or plug these ports.
